Happy Landings for Misty, now known as Mysti! Adoption follow up.
John and Darlene had their heart set on adopting a grey and white cat and when they met Misty John said that she immediately spoke to them and there was an instant connection. Now known as Mysti, John said that the adoption has been better than he had ever hoped for. She is adorably chatty and friendly and very happy. Sadly, their 8-year-old cat Oliver had gone missing in January, but miraculously, Oliver was picked up by Sarasota Animal Services 8 days after they adopted Mysti! Oliver had been hit by a car, but after a successful surgery, he is healing well, happy to be home and loving his new sweet feline sister who is a great source of comfort to him. Josie, their yellow lab is also developing a relationship with Mysti and they are starting to play. John says that Mysti always make them laugh and she has been a wonderful addition to their family!
