Penny found her way to Satchel’s when her owner was no longer able to care for her. Penny was a young, sweet dog whose stay at Satchel’s was very short. Penny is in need of some puppy training but Beth is ready for it. Congratulations to Beth and Emma on the addition of your new family member!
