Back in February Morris showed up on a volunteer’s back porch asking for help. Battered and bruised, he obviously lived a rough life on the streets and, as typical of an unaltered male cat living on the streets, Morris tested positive for FIV. However, cats with FIV can live a normal, healthy life if kept indoors, provided good nutrition, and a stress-free environment. Morris immediately went into a foster home while he received medical treatment and was given all the love he could handle by his foster mom. Fast forward a couple of months and, seeing Morris on social media, Donna reached out to meet him and they were a match!
Morris obviously hasn’t had the best start to life but this sweet boy now has his forever family who will keep him safe and loved. Thank you Donna and Tom and congratulations to you all!
