Piper is a sweet girl who lacks confidence. She is shy at first and will need a brief intro before she is willing to open herself up to you. Once she does, she is very affectionate and loves to cuddle. Piper was previously adopted from a county shelter to be a companion for another dog but, unfortunately, her rough play was too much for the other dog in the household and she found her way to Satchel’s. She could live in a home with another dog who is better suited to her playstyle. We also feel that she could live with a cat. She enjoys walks and spending time with her people. She would be best suited for an adult-only home. Piper is 1-2 years old and weighs approximately 50 lbs.
