Lucy has a new last name! Lucy’s owner passed away in the Spring of 2017 and thanks to Brian and Cheryl who had been delivering Meals on Wheels to the lady, all her kitties left behind were able to go into rescue. Four months later, at Satchel’s, it was obvious that Lucy was not adjusting well to shelter life and Brian and Cheryl took this baby, as a foster, into their home to fatten her up and try to help her through the loss of her long time owner and companion. Fast forward almost 2 years, Lucy is thriving and Brian and Cheryl have officially adopted her. Thank you!
