1Meet Satchel’s cat of the month for June – ZEPHRY! Zephyr is a very sweet and mellow large tuxedo neutered male. Zephyr arrived at Satchel’s in January of 2011, brought to us covered in mange and almost feral by a truck driver who had found him in Zephryhills (hence his name). Although Zephyr can still be a little shy with people at first, he absolutely loves attention once he learns to trust his human friends. Zephyr truly has a one-of-a-kind personality. He is good with all the other cats in our open cat room and is very often seen snuggling up with a cat who has picked him to be their “big brother”. Zephyr’s age is a guess but we estimate perhaps 10-11 year old.
