Happy Landings for Tic (now known as Maple)! Adoption follow up.
“We are loving life with Tic, who we have named Maple. She is sugary sweet and just a perfect fit for our family. We were a 3 dog home and lost two of our dogs fairly close together last year. We weren’t ready to get another pet, but we decided that our Beagle was super depressed (she’s 14 and always been part of a pack). So we adopted 6 months before Maple a dog named Poppy. She is a Beagle mix. She is a great dog but was a little awkward on how to be a “dog”. We think she was feral. Fast forward to the adoption of “Tic” (Maple) and she just brings the whole group together. She and Poppy are inseparable; they match each other’s energy and Maple has even taught Poppy how to “play” with toys and sticks. They are so sweet and wonderful and the older dog acts as the family matriarch separating them when they play too rough but she loves them too. Maple is a master at sneaking shoes away from you while getting dressed, still a major snuggler, and she just does some very hilarious antics leaving everything in the yard from cups, to toys, to rocks that she finds! You never know what you will find after she has been outdoors. We couldn’t be happier how they have all bonded and thank you for the chance to have her live her best pup life with us fur-ever!”
What a lucky pup to find such a full home of love!
