Al isn’t able to share his pictures of Cali, but we wanted to let all her followers know she’s doing well.
Al has had Chihuahuas in the past and happened to be at the Philippi Creek Farmers Market when he stopped by the Satchel’s Table. A volunteer showed him a photo of Potato and although Al discovered that she had an application pending, he decided to meet her. He fell in love with her and as things often turn out, the first applicant changed their mind. Potato, now known as Cali, is getting along great with her canine sister, 9 yr. old Greyhound Misty and is friendly with all of the neighborhood dogs that she has met on her walks. Al says that Cali fits in perfectly; she has adjusted to her new life very quickly and he couldn’t have asked for a better dog!
