Thomas had driven by Satchel’s many times on his way between jobs. He had 7-year-old rescue dog Luna and was looking to adopt a buddy for her. After seeing the dogs on Satchel’s website, he reached out wanting to take his time and be sure it was the right fit for Luna and his family. He was introduced to Piper and she was very comfortable with him and Kristin and thereafter did fine meeting Luna. They continue to keep Piper separated from the cats, but she and Luna are great friends and she is loved dearly by her family.
