Noelle had been looking for a dog that would be comfortable around people and dogs. She had been introduced to a few small dogs but when she met Patrick, she knew he would be perfect for her. Patrick loves to go to a popular cafe with Noelle where he is always welcome and loves everyone that he meets. Patrick is very content with his new life and Noelle says that she couldn’t be happier with Patrick!
