Sydney had wanted a second cat and happened to be in Pet Supply Plus when she saw Hamish and as soon as she picked him up, he cuddled into her lap and began “making biscuits”. Sydney was delighted and realizing that he may have a more difficult time being adopted as a 12-year-old cat, she decided to welcome him into her family. Sydney says that Tiger, his feline sibling is tolerating Hamish and getting closer as time goes by. Hamish is a VERY HAPPY cat and Sydney refers to him as her ‘Big Ham.” Sometimes Hamish will play with his stuffed fish toy, but his true pleasure is just being a couch pancake and loving life in his very own forever home!
