Happy Landings for Captain! Adoption follow up.
Abby had recently lost her senior dog Daisy and her other senior, Benji, was missing having a canine companion. She initially fostered Captain to make sure he would get along with her cat Layla, and shortly thereafter decided that Captain would make a great addition to her family. Captain and Benji have grown to be best buddies and although Captain still likes to chase Layla, she knows how to jump up out of his way and, with time, he will learn to give her space. Abby says it’s hard to believe that Captain is 12 years old, as he has plenty of energy. He adores car rides; loves to go to the beach; take walks and cuddle up with Mom when it’s time to relax.
Another lucky senior dog has found a great home to enjoy for the rest of his years with love and companionship!
