Nelson was found at a gas station along with his momma Penelope and 4 siblings. Satchel’s was able to take in this family with the help of a foster. Fostering saves lives! Frank had seen one of Satchel’s cats on social media but that particular cat already had an application to adopt and so Frank was introduced to some of the kittens, Frank made Nelson’s day by choosing him to become his new companion.
