Chip and Skip will soon be ready to move into their forever home. Satchel’s rescued the two of them from a county shelter in late August in need of medical care. Chip had an ulcer in his eye that needed some attention and xrays on Skip showed he had a broken pelvis. Chip’s eye is now healed and Skip will be neutered soon once his cage rest period has ended. Both dogs are guessed to be young, 1-3 years old, and weigh around 11 lbs. They are in a foster home and have become quite bonded so a home together would be ideal. If you are interested in meeting Chip and Skip, please submit the adoption application (no commitment) found on our website, www.satchelslastresort.org, and an adoption counselor will be in touch to set up an appointment.
