Precious little Maya came to Satchel’s in August when her person was no longer able to care for her due to a change in living arrangements. This senior girl was very overwhelmed at her change in circumstances but, fortunately, a foster stepped forward to take her in and Maya began to shine. So much so, that we had a foster failure. Danielle was unable to let Maya go and she has now officially adopted this baby. Congratulations to you both!
