Jasper has found his forever home! Originally found on the side of the road with extensive wounds by Anastasia Devaris, she stepped up and covered all his medical costs and found a temporary foster. After he waited at the temporary foster’s home for over a year, she reached out to Top Tier K9 – Bradenton to see what they could do. She was so generous with this little stray to cover the costs of his board and train so Julie could help him. After a few months, Top Tier K9 – Bradenton partnered with Satchel’s Last Resort Animal Shelter/Sanctuary to help keep him in training and to have the power of a rescue behind him. Two months ago, while training out in public Julie and Jasper met Joel. He wasn’t quite ready to bring Jasper home, but began the mandatory owner training program required by Top Tier K9 and building a relationship with Jasper.
