She was one of the three dogs we recently took in from a Sarasota County Animal Services cruelty case. As mentioned in prior posts, the case is still under investigation and we can not discuss the details on social media.
When we received Daisee, she had suffered a traumatic event. She had several abrasions and lacerations to all her feet and her belly. Her wounds required daily cleaning and care. Thankfully we had a foster family step up to help with her care and give her a temporary home where she could heal and feel safe.
Daisee is an approximately 18-pound, 4-year-old, Yorkie mix. It does take her a little bit of time to warm up to new people but once she does, she is the sweetest girl. She is now looking for her forever home. If you are interested in Daisee, please fill out the adoption application (no obligation) on our website
