We’re kicking off a major campaign in July and helping us make a terrific start is the Karpus Family Foundation. They’ve awarded us $10,000 to purchase 8 replacement kennels in our main building. 10+ years of housing active dogs in this humidity has weakened the structure of many of our kennels. Our goal is to eventually replace all 50. Thank you to this generous Foundation for seeing the need and helping us meet it.
We’re also replacing the air conditioning in our free roaming cat room – ensuring that Satchel’s will continue to have the coolest cats around!!
Our “Give without Spending” campaign to support both of these projects starts the first week of July. Stay tuned for details!
