Pennies for Pups turned into over $1,200 raised for Satchel’s dogs and cats from the animal loving students at Alta Vista Elementary School!!
They had a money raising contest – donating leftover change, for every class in every grade to see which class could raise the most.
The results were quite impressive and will end up paying for the care of many of our cats and dogs.
What a terrific and fun idea! The wonderful teachers at Alta Vista are teaching their students that every single person can make a difference.
