Rusty was found wandering the streets, alone and very afraid, when he was discovered by a good Samaritan who generously provided for his medical care and a board-and-train program with Julie Madison of TopTierK9 Bradenton. Julie helped Rusty gain his confidence and overcome his many fears and was there to introduce him to Elia and her husband. After several sessions of slow introductions, Rusty was ready to go home and start his new chapter with Elia and her family. Congratulations to Rusty!
