We received an urgent call for a little dog in desperate need of medical care after being hit by a car and left fighting to live.  We were able to rush her to the Vet, and discovered she needed imminent surgery for a  Diaphragmatic Hernia – where basically all her major organs ruptured through the wall and was now in her chest.  She also suffered several broken bones in this horrific accident.  Misty is steadily improving everyday as we marvel in her determined spirit to survive.
