Muneca was found and taken in by a good samaritan who reached out to Satchel’s last January. Muneca is such a beautiful cat but wasn’t too excited for the human touch which made it very difficult for her to meet potential adopters. Time ticked on and the staff and volunteers continued to work with Muneca.
A few weeks ago, Ann Marie and Richard met Muneca and decided she needed to be a part of their family and they would give her all the time she needed to accept them, knowing it may take a while. It hasn’t taken long for Muneca to accept close proximity and feather touching. She’s on her way!
