X-rays showed no broken bones but her body is riddled with rat shot. Julia is ready to find that perfect home and to start the next and final chapter of her life. A home where she doesn’t have to be afraid of sounds that may be sending more bullets her way, where she doesn’t have to worry about being scolded or a heavy hand lowering down on her.
