Hondo came to Satchel’s with heartworm disease, went into a foster home while he underwent treatment and showed some traits that made him a bit of a tough case to adopt out. When Sean and his family met Hondo, they felt an immediate connection and adopted Hondo.
Fast forward six months and here’s Brody (formerly Hondo) in his home. Sean says “You can tell he knows all he ever wanted was love! He has so much to give!”
Hondo has certainly found his forever home and we couldn’t be more grateful to this amazing family for giving Hondo that second chance at love.
