Happy Landings for Ying Yang! Adoption follow up.
Deb fostered several cats during Milton, but could not part with Ying Yang as she knew it might be difficult to find a home for a 16-year-old cat and she did not want him to spend his final years in a shelter. He spent the first month at the window in the guest room and would dive under the bed the minute she entered, but over time he would venture out from hiding when he knew she was there. He is now gaining weight; taking better care of himself and his appearance has improved dramatically. He and Munchkin, his feline sibling (a Satchel’s alum) are getting along now and love to spend time cuddling up with Deb, especially on these last few chilly nights. Deb works from home and Ying Yang enjoys hanging out with her enjoying the attention and petting.
What a wonderful forever home for this precious senior boy and Deb extends her gratitude for the time and love Satchel’s gives to all of the rescued animals.
