Happy Landings for Hippopotamus (now know as Milo)! Adoption follow up.
Steve and Ashley had heard about Satchel’s from a friend who had adopted a kitten from Satchel’s and when they went on line and saw his cute little face they knew he was the one. Now known as Milo, they have included the H. from hippopotamus as his middle name along with the last name Peabody, so he is also known as Milo H. Peabody or Mr. Peabody. Their 3 and a 1/2 year old son wanted a pet so much that he would act like a cat and meow himself and Milo has become very attached to their son, following him around all day long. Milo also thinks he’s a dog and plays fetch with a ball, bringing the ball back and waiting for them to throw it again. Milo also wakes Steve in the morning by dropping his ball near his pillow! Steve says that Milo is a healthy growing boy; they all love him very much and he has been a wonderful addition to their little family.
