Gretchen had been following various rescues on social media looking for a senior dog when she saw Sweetie’s story. When Gretchen met Sweetie, she knew she wanted to have her join the family. Sweetie is very happy in her new home and getting along fine with her canine sibling. During her recent visit to their veterinarian, they were told that Sweetie is a very healthy 13 year old. When cuddling on the couch, she loves to put her head on Gretchen’s lap and Mom says that Sweetie is very happy to have a retirement home and comfy places to lay around!
