Teresa had known of Satchel’s for many years and liked the way they did things differently from other rescue organizations. She was looking for a small dog and when she heard about Paddington she was able to meet him with his foster family at Satchel’s. She fell in love and now known as Scooter, he is doing great. Teresa says that he is a happy dog and loves everyone he meets; humans and dogs. He is always snuggled up close to Teresa at home and will live out his years happy, healthy and loved by his new Mom!
