Happy Landings for Hazel! Adoption follow up.
Andrew had always been a dog lover and had never experienced the joy of having a cat in the family. When his older daughter came home from college during the Holidays, she brought her cat and it was a wonderful new encounter for Andrew and his younger daughter. At that point, they began to consider the possibility of adopting a feline member and after meeting a few cats at Satchel’s, they decided on sweet Hazel. It was the perfect way to start the New Year and Andrew says that Hazel is fitting in perfectly. She is quite mellow and adores lying by the window watching the sunset. His daughter has a wrap around “shelf” that goes around her bed frame and it is the perfect place for Hazel’s cat bed snuggled in close to her human sibling.
