Dottie has had Miniature Pinschers throughout her lifetime, all having passed except for 14-year-old Molly and Dottie had been searching for a new buddy for Molly. Fate often intervenes but who would ever have imagined that it was a new culinary delight that Dottie experienced that would be the catalyst for this great match. Dottie and Ken were at a picnic with friends when she was offered a fig. Dottie had never tasted a fig before and was amazed that she liked the sweet and delicious flavor. Meanwhile Figgy had been in foster while she was healing from surgery and had just been cleared for adoption. Dottie went home that afternoon and was once again checking for small dogs when this precious pup’s photo popped up on the internet and just so happened to be a Miniature Pinscher named Figgy! Figgy is doing great in her new home and loves her big sister Molly and feline sibling Angel. She also gets along great with Dottie’s daughter’s dog, Remmy. One of her favorite activities is riding around on the golf cart enjoying the sights and sounds. The stars were aligned on that special picnic day and Figgy has hit the jackpot with her wonderful new family!
