What a lucky girl! Violet has fostered several difficult-to-adopt dogs for Satchel’s in the past and decided after 11 years at Satchel’s, it was Brooke’s time to live in the comfort of a home receiving non-stop love from her very own person. Wanting a home for Brooke where she could live out her retirement years and not have to be rehomed again, Violet officially adopted her and the two now share the same last name. It took a couple of weeks for Brooke to understand she was “home”, but she’s now settled right in like she’s been there forever.
