Remember Bronson, one of the featured dogs in our Giving Tuesday campaign? Bronson would like to send a message out to you on this beautiful Sunday evening.

I hope all of you had a wonderful holiday season, enjoying time with family and friends. I am extremely grateful to Satchel’s for rescuing me and to all of you who continue to support Satchel’s providing much needed funds so they are able to save dogs and cats with nowhere else to go because of breed, behavior or medical issues – just like me. I have completed my 30 days of antibiotics and will be having my first heartworm treatment next week. They tell me it’s a painful injection and takes a couple of days for me to start feeling better. Then I have to continue calm and quiet and try to rest for 30 days until I get my next treatment. That is repeated again a couple of times. I would love to be in a quiet home with a nice family who will give me a little snuggle time for my occasional time out of the crate (as long as you can keep me calm and quiet outside of my crate). Is there anyone out there that can open up their heart and home to me for the next 90 days until I am ready to start looking for my forever home? Please…
Grateful to be alive – love to all, Bronson.

If you are interested in fostering Bronson, please submit an application found on our website…/volunteer/foster-family/. We provide you with everything you need and just ask that you transport Bronson to Satchel’s or to our vet in Cortez, Bradenton for his heartworm treatments or other medical issues should any occur.
