Please help us welcome Chipper Lou to our Satchel’s family! Chipper Lou recently came to Satchel’s when her family could no longer care for her, and we have completely fallen in love with her sweet and gentle disposition. At only five years-old, Chipper Lou is a mellow and spunky girl who would love to be by your side for daily adventures to Home Depot or joining you and your friends for lunch at an outdoor cafe. One of our volunteers recently took Chipper home for the afternoon and noted that she was the first dog she had brought home who didn’t want to jump up on the furniture. She seems to like other dogs and cats, and is happy to meet all people she encounters. Chipper Lou does have a fear of thunderstorms which causes her much anxiety. She will need an understanding family who will ensure her comfort and provide her a safe, secure location in the home until the storms pass. Chipper Lou weighs approximately 50 lbs.
