She loves attention and belly rubs and likes to snuggle up close at night. Princess is housebroken, enjoys her walks and is very easy to handle on a leash. She gets along nicely with other small dogs, is a little scared of large dogs, and can live with cats, although she will chase them occasionally when she’s feeling frisky. She has a thyroid disorder that is regulated with medicine that she takes easily. She will fit well into any home environment, but will likely be happiest in a family with someone home most of the time. Come meet Princess and see why she has stolen the hearts of all the staff and volunteers.
Princess is guessed to be 5 years old and weighs a little under 10 lbs. For an appointment to meet her, please submit the adoption application (no commitment) found on our website, www.satchelslastresort.org, and an adoption counselor will be in touch.
