came to us when his former family went back to work after the Covid-19 lockdown. Young and unsocialized, Chewie immediately entered our Woof Pack program and was assigned a leader, Jill, who slowly began introducing him and getting him used to going in and out of the car. Soon, Chewie began to love car rides which then opened up the possibility of going to fun pet stores, parks and even visits to Jill’s house. Today, Chewie is a well-balanced, confident pup who loves going to off-site events, meeting new people and likes most dogs and cats.
FUN FACT – Chewie is our car ride aficionado! His greatest joy is playing with a
squeaky toy during a car ride.
