Thank you to all our supporters who have already contributed to our Emergency Medical fundraiser for Doc, Omelette and Xena. Doc had a good checkup last week and we don’t believe additional surgery will be required. Although Doc is somewhat visual impaired, he is now healed and able to live a full life. He’s currently undergoing some behavioral training in his foster home and will be available for adoption in a few weeks.
Doc’s medical costs in February and March were approximately $2,600.
Our fundraiser continues for another couple of weeks as we remain dedicated to providing needed medical care for Omelette and Xena. We currently ancipate costs for these 3 dogs will be close to $9,000 in total.
