At 2 1/2 years old, Lincoln is such a smart, inquisitive boy who enjoys investigating the great outdoors on long walks or yard time. He knows all of his commands (sit, down and stay) and is so eager to please his person. Lincoln will thrive with an active person/family who will take him running, exploring or perhaps even train him for agility. Due to Lincoln’s age and activity level, we think he would be best suited for a household with children ages 12+. He is social with other dogs but is dog selective. We would require several successful meet and greets with any possible canine siblings. Lincoln loves people and always wants to be around them and as such, he sometimes shows signs of slight separation anxiety by whining or barking when he is apart from those he loves.
