This sweet 9-year-old cuddle bug is nothing but happy. He lives his life by the motto “dogs just wanna have fun” and by golly he’s not gonna let anything stop him. Xavier is the life of the party, he’s a chatty little thing who always has something to say in excitement or protest! Xavier just wants to be held, loved and fed. He cuddles all of his siblings like he’s their only source of warmth. He lives to please you, anything to get a treat! Xavier needs lots of exercise – daily walks or bike rides. He would likely do best with a tall fenced in yard where he can run and get exercise.
Xavier’s start to life for the first year was in a small bedroom locked away while his family entertained guests and laughed; his second home went well for many years until circumstances for the family changed and Xavier found himself close to euthanasia. Thanks to a Satchel’s staff member, Xavier was rescued.
Xavier has lived with older children and large dogs. No cats please. He is crate trained although with initially let you know how unfair he feels that is.
