He is a ten-month-old Shitzu puppy, with a personality ten times his size. His trade mark when meeting anything new is to announce his presence, though it takes no time at all to become a new friend. This little rascal loves to run around, and in the yards you can catch him zipping by the volunteers. He is always ready to go, and is willing to walk as far as you want to go. He is pretty well mannered on the leash, though other animals can distract him. He enjoys toys, but would rather play with another canine or human buddy. He has been picky about his treats, so keeping his attention can be tricky. Just like any young pup, basic obedience is an important part of his training. He is very willing to learn, but will need patience in keeping his attention. Dumpling is full of life, and sure to bring laughter, love and joy to his new family.
