Event Overview
Join us for a full day of golf, contests, and community fun—all in support of the animals at Satchel’s Last Resort. Golfers enjoy championship-level play, exciting challenges, and meals included, while guests can join for the luncheon under the oaks with live entertainment.
This year’s highlights include the Helicopter Ball Drop, a high-flying 50/50 raffle, three on-course contests with prizes, the all-new “Putt for the Pour” putting challenge, and live music during lunch by Aaron Kelly and Joshua Simpson.
Event Details & Cost
The day begins with registration, breakfast, and practice from 7:00 to 8:30 am, followed by the Helicopter Ball Drop at 8:15 am, which will be covered live on Facebook. The tournament starts with an 8:30 am shotgun start. At 12:00 pm the open bar begins, leading into lunch from 12:30 to 3:00 pm.
Golfer registration is $250 per individual and includes all contests except the Helicopter Ball Drop. The package covers greens and cart fees, PGA scoring, bag handling, practice balls, warm breakfast, and lunch.
For those not playing, luncheon tickets are available for $100 per person. Guests will enjoy the New Pass Grill luncheon under the oaks with live entertainment by Aaron Kelly and Joshua Simpson.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Event sponsorships begin at $8,000 and include signage, social media recognition, and two foursomes. The Helicopter Ball Drop Sponsor level is $5,000 and includes signage at the Ball Drop Hole and one foursome. Lunch sponsorship is $4,000 with signage at both breakfast and lunch along with one foursome.
Breakfast sponsorship is available for $3,000 and includes signage at breakfast and one twosome. Contest sponsorships are $2,500 each (three available) and include signage at all contest holes plus one twosome. Beverage table sponsorships are $1,500 each (four available) with signage on all beverage tables and one twosome.
A Beer Cart Sponsor is available at $1,500 and includes signage on the cart and one twosome. Finally, the Rescue Sponsor level is $1,000 and includes two luncheon tickets.
