Cooper enjoyed his first home visit yesterday with his Woof Pack leader Kathy. They enjoyed a fun car ride to the home, explored the house, walked in the neighborhood, startled some napping deer, dealt with road repaving (very scary) and enjoyed a breakfast of scrambled eggs. Cooper finished off his visit with a nap on the lanai couch. This was Cooper’s first visit to a home in the 7 years he’s been at Satchel’s and what a good boy he was.
Cooper is ready to find his forever home. He would love a canine companion but is not looking for a lot of humans in his life. He needs slow introductions but once he trusts you, you’ll be his best friend for life. Although he does like some men, he definitely prefers his lady friends. If you think you might be the person to make Cooper’s happily ever after come true, please submit the adoption application (no commitment) found on our website, www.satchelslasltresort.org, and an adoption counselor will be in touch to set up a meet and greet.
