One-year-old Frankie had quite a rough start to his young life. He was found as a stray and spent his time tied up outside without adequate shelter until kind neighbors intervened and brought Frankie into their home. They reached out to Satchel’s and kept Frankie safe until kennel space opened up at the shelter. This happy, outgoing boy became an instant hit with our volunteers and immediately embraced going out for long walks on our campus, running through the play yards, and enjoying the company of other dogs in our playgroup program. It was not long before Kevin and Michael saw Frankie’s profile online, met and fell in love with this sweet boy. Frankie has a new canine brother, Silas, whom he adores, and a wonderful, loving family of his own. Congratulations to all of you!
