Ten-year-old Floyd joined us last month from Manatee County Animal Welfare. This senior gentleman was almost hairless when he came to Satchel’s, seemingly suffering from treatable skin conditions. His docile, delightful personality soon made Floyd a favorite among our volunteers, who enjoyed showing him off to the community at our frequent offsite adoption events. Linda saw his profile online and felt Floyd would make a perfect companion for her senior Italian Greyhound. The meeting was a huge success and Floyd and his new canine sibling became quick best friends. Congratulations to Floyd and his new family!
