Harper came to Satchel’s this past fall when her family’s living arrangements changed and the family were unable to care for her. She didn’t spend too long at the shelter before Cyndi took her home as a foster-to-adopt while she was undergoing medical treatment. Harper is now medically cleared and is in her forever home with Cyndi and her family which includes 2 canines. Congratulations to you all!
