If cats could talk, this boy would have one heck of a story to tell! He showed up on a volunteer’s back porch asking for help. Battered and bruised, he obviously lived a rough life on the streets, and who knows for how long. Yet as soon as she brought him inside, he just melted into a sweet kitty who just wanted to be loved on. His wounds have been treated and are healing nicely. Morris is now in a foster home adjusting very well to the home life and is now ready to be an indoor cat forever. At about 3 years old, he is still a young guy and is quite playful and goofy! And he really, really loves catnip! Head scratches are his favorite, he will flop down, roll and show his belly in pure bliss! He’s got a great motor and is becoming quite the biscuit maker! Typical of an unaltered male cat living on the streets Morris is FIV positive. However, cats with FIV can live a normal, healthy life if kept indoors, provided good nutrition, and a stress-free environment. Morris obviously hasn’t had the best start to life, but this sweet boy so deserves to find his forever family who will keep him safe and loved. Could that be you?
