Adorable Mahi, her littermates and mother were rescued by a Good Samaritan who cared for them until space opened up for them at Satchel’s. Mom, Pandora, and littermates, Anchovy and Mackerel, were recently adopted. Trey, one of our amazing Satchel’s volunteers had bonded with Mahi while visiting her in the cat room and decided she would be a perfect addition to his “pride” of tabbies at home.
Trey says, “This is Mira (formally Mahi). She’s getting along great with our other two cats. Squid is acting as an amazing big brother; being very respectful of her space while showing her around. Molly( big sister)is very polite but keeping her distance which was expected. She loves to wake me up around 530 to cuddle and remind me of breakfast.
