Dani and her dad were hoping to adopt an older dog and also one that needed lots of TLC. Dani had seen a photo of nine year old Lady online, not knowing that Lady had recently undergone double ACL surgery and therefore in need of special care. Lady had been living at Satchel’s for 8 years; overlooked because she was reactive to other dogs. Dani said that she had a very good feeling about Lady when they met and it turned out to be the perfect match. The stars were aligned and Lady is now loving life with Dani and her dad. She has started Lady off with very short walks, progressing to longer walks as her legs get stronger. Dani says, “Lady is the sweetest thing on the face of the planet and we love her to pieces!”
