Two years ago Heather and her family had undergone the passing of their English Bulldog and they were now ready to adopt. Heather was searching on Pet Finder when she came across Nero and Hollywood’s story and being a huge fan of bully breeds, she went to meet Nero. She learned that another person had already put in an application so she decided to meet his brother Hollywood and quickly fell in love. As fate would have it, the potential adopter of Nero, who was heart worm positive, had changed their mind and Heather having already fallen for Hollywood decided to keep them together and adopt them both. Nero has beaten heart worm, gained weight and is getting stronger every day. Nero and Hollywood have a large fenced in back yard and love to play, chase their balls and run like the wind. When the family is gone, they are content to be restricted to the kitchen with their dog beds and access to a doggie door to the back yard. Heather has a pet cam and loves to check in on the boys from her office. She describes them as goofy, cuddly and perfect. During the evening, Nero and Hollywood love to watch movies and cuddle and snuggle with Mom and Dad. This wonderful forever home has given Hollywood and Nero a new lease on life and Heather says they are spoiled rotten as they should be and they want to make up for all of the neglect they may have endured before being adopted by Heather and her family.” A beautiful and happy outcome for Nero and Hollywood!
