Mulligan found himself needing a home for the second time in a few months when the family who took him in after his former owners moved were no longer able to keep him. He immediately went into a foster home and slowly started to learn to trust again. Last week Jen make it official and adopted Mulligan. Thank you so much and congratulations to you both!
