Black Jack, guessed to be 8 years, was rescued from a county 3 months ago in need of a complicated hernia surgery. He is now medically cleared and ready to find his forever family. Black Jack knows basic commands, listens well and prefers to sleep in his kennel. He knows “place” and waits to be invited to jump onto the furniture. He is a little skittish if taken by surprise and would do best in an adult-only home where his space is respected. He could likely live with another dog.
For an appointment to meet Black Jack, please submit the adoption application (no commitment) found on our website, www.satchelslastresort.org, and an adoption counselor will be in touch.
